Accessing Wiki Pathway information from Scaffold

Scaffold 4.8.8 introduced support for Wiki Pathways. To access pathway information from Scaffold, follow the following steps.

1. Load data with gene names as the alternate ID
2. Select a protein of interest
3. Select the Wiki Pathways option from the dropdown menu
4. Click on the gene name button in the web lookup pane (found in the bottom left-hand corner of the Samples view)
5. View all of the pathways related to that protein in your web browser
