Proteome Software today launched a new technical support ticketing system hosted by Zendesk. This system will allow us to respond more quickly and efficiently to our users' technical support issues. It will also allow users to track the progress of their support cases directly.
Tickets can be created through the help center (https://proteomesoftware.zendesk.com) and/or by emailing us at support@proteomesoftware.com. You can also give us a call at 1-800-944-6027 and we will create tickets for each incident that way, too. During this time of transition, we ask for your patience.
Every system change requires some adjustment, but we will try our best to make the transition as smooth as possible. You should be aware that the new system will be sending automatically generated emails, so if you submit a support request and do not receive a prompt reply, be sure to check your junk mail folder as sometimes emails from new systems can be flagged by email clients.
When you submit your first support request you will receive an invitation to visit our new Proteome Software Support System web portal, or you may sign up at any time:

The portal allows users to check ticket updates, read forum articles, and view announcements.
Our goal with this implementation is to provide a richer and more enjoyable technical support experience, while making it easier for both the support agents and Scaffold users.
